OKRs:
- OKR Reviews and Present feature in Department Progress: Users can now view the OKR Reviews in Full Screen mode and view the comprehensive progress of their department. In the Department Progress Present feature, the first slide will showcase the most recent OKR Review, followed by the OKR Progress updates.
- Check-in History Improvements (Table Format): The format of the Check-in history table has been enhanced.
Task Management:
- Sprint Planner: Users can set a short-term period in Task Management within which a team focuses on a particular set of Tasks.
Performance Management:
- Question Library: The Question Library serves as a repository for any questions you might want to use in the future during performance reviews.
UI Enhancements:
- Quick view for Parallel check-ins in Milestone sequence: Upon hovering over the milestone sequence, the quick view for Parallel check-ins will be displayed.
- Export History Background Process: For organizations with 300 or more users, the Export History data displays the background progress status for Competency/Performance and Performance Trend Reports.
- Exclude Logged-In Data: The Exclude logged-in option restricts the visibility of review data of logged-in users in the 9 Box matrix and Rating grid.
- Multiple templates for Rating Grid and 9-box matrix.
- Parallel Milestone Key Result: Previously, you could only rearrange the names of milestones, but now You now have the ability to rearrange and reorganize the entire sequence of milestones.
