Profit.co allows you to Re-open the submitted manager and self-assessment in the performance module.
Why this feature?
- Re-opening the submitted manager and self-assessment in the performance module allows for additional edits, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the evaluations.
- It allows reviewers to make necessary adjustments based on new information or feedback, leading to a more thorough and reflective performance review process.
Step 1:
Navigate to Performance → HR Administration from the left navigation panel and switch to the Reviews tab. Click on the Active Reviews tab and select the reviews you want to modify.
Step 2:
In the HR Dashboard, select the employee for whom you wish to reopen the assessments.
Scroll to the right and select the Re-open button. A Repoen Review popup will appear, here select the Manager Assessment and Self Assessment, Click Re-open, and finally click on Save.
After selecting it you’ll be redirected to the Review main page. And there you can see the status as Not submitted in the Self and Manager Assessment section.
The Self and the Manager Assessments can be redone by the users.
